The Conch is a newly remodeled efficiency with a kitchenette.  The Conch is furnished and decorated in a nautical theme with Conch shell accents.  It is located within a 4-unit building and is on the ground floor.  The backyard has tropical foliage and a wood deck that is the perfect setting for a bar-b-que, sunbathing or just relaxing. 

The unit is furnished with a futon sofa that converts to a double bed with a premium mattress, nightstands, wardrobe and a bistro table for two. There is a newly refinished bathroom with walk-in shower.  The kitchenette is equipped with a mini-fridge, toaster, coffee maker and microwave oven.  A few of the conveniences include a flat screen TV with cable service, on site washer and dryer, reserved parking space, and a bar-b-que grill.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, just a few short blocks to the white sand beach and stunning sunsets. One block away is a small city park where you can fish for dinner right from the seawall. Within walking distance you will find John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, with many shopping and dining opportunities. Why spend a lot more money to stay in a motel/condo that has no personality when you can be comfortable in a place with charm and character, "Real Florida" style?
