Welcome to "Old Florida"!  This vintage two-story beach cottage will bring you back to Florida's bygone era.  This home features all of the classic Florida design features: free-form tile flooring, pastel tiled bathrooms, wrought iron furniture, Florida Pine kitchen cabinets, open stairway and all the charm you can handle.  Don't think because you are visiting a classic cottage that you will miss out on modern amenities: wi-fi, cable tv, phone, central air conditioning and heat are some of the offerings. 

Sunset Blulevard is in a terrific location, just a few yards from the beach and walking distance (less than one block) to a coffee shop and tavern.  The house is right next door to a city park with open space and playground.  An easy trip from Tampa Airport and in the middle of everything you come to Florida for.  A short drive to John's Pass Village and the many restaurants of the beach communities.

Accomodations include 2 bedrooms with full-size beds upstairs, as well as a half-bath.  There is a sleeper sofa in the living room and the main bath is located on the ground floor.  There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach, and you can access the bathroom directly from outside the home.  The home has been well maintained by a family that holds it dear to them, now they want to share their home with our visitors.
